Why buy in Marina di Pietrasanta

Tonfano, Fiumetto, Motrone and Focette: Pietrasanta’s seaside, with the great pine wood of the Versiliana, the renovated pier and a summer festival that draws artists from all over Italy.

  • 80 hectares of centuries-old woodland in the Parco della Versiliana
  • Blue Flag 2026 for the beaches of Versiliana and Tonfano
  • 5 out of 9 of the municipality’s bathing areas rated “Excellent”, the others “Good”

Here the pine wood sets the pace: you cycle to the beach, and in the evening you listen to a concert beneath the pines of the Versiliana.

Marina di Pietrasanta is the seaside part of the municipality of Pietrasanta and brings together Fiumetto, Tonfano, Motrone and Focette, with a pine wood you can explore on foot, by bicycle and on horseback.

Its green heart is the Parco della Versiliana: some 80 hectares of centuries-old woodland with more than a kilometre of seafront and a villa dating from 1886. Gabriele D’Annunzio stayed here, and the name “Versiliana” is owed to Renato Fucini. In 1980 the municipality bought it and turned it into a public park.

Every summer since 1980, the Festival La Versiliana has brought theatre, music, dance and its “Incontri al Caffè” (café conversations) to the pine wood. In 2026 the renovation of the Tonfano pier was also completed.
